Chicken wings tough but the sauce was excellent. Super grilled cheese and fries. Server Casey is outstanding!!

Service was wonderful! Had the Monte Cristo for brunch which was amazing and would totally recommend. The atmosphere in the lower dining area was really nice, with windows looking out to a bustling Cherry street and eclectic music which was not too loud but set a vibrant tone.

Here is a little gem of a place to eat. Great food at a reasonable price. I had the wings, 10 of them for $10. They were the best I've had. I ate with a party of 5 and everybody agreed that this place was a real keeper! If you are dining in, the ambiance is not good. drafty...not very attractive, hence 4 instead of 5 star rating. If the weather is nice, dine outdoors, it makes a world of difference as the street side cafe atmosphere is lovely. But either way, the food is why you are there, and the food is great!

Delicious new addition to Black Mountain! I had the Southwest bowl & it was fantastic! I ate every bite of it. Part of it was sweet potato fries, which were perfection! Nice to know that there's a place to get sweet potato fries in BMT!! I'll definitely be back!

Amazing food, friendly staff

North Fork Kitchen is located in historic downtown of Black Mountain. The menu is relatively limited which appears leaning toward eclectic food. I ordered Green Bowl which include falafel in it. Coming from the Middle East I found the falafel lacking, still wet inside. The portion was not generous. But the staff was friendly and the service very good.

Super cool spot! Very relaxed with amazing food. Our waitress was tentative but chill. I reccomend the Royale Burger! Plus they have amazing vegetarian/vegan options!

Staff was helpful with dietary restrictions, outside dining area is nice, and the food is unique and tasty. I recommend the pesto garbanzos.

Only place in black mountain with multiple Vegan eats! New owners making good food and hope they continue to grow and improve on their dishes. A few little tweaks and maybe a rice and beans Buddha bowl would be great.
