Good food at a great price !!

Very delicious and good portions

Used to like going there. Would go couple times every week and always throw couple bucks in the tip jar. As of lately, portions keep getting smaller and quality of food this last time was poor. I waited 10 minutes for them to cook up new chicken. Then the guy gave me the crusty chicken that was sitting in the top corner of the grill the whole time!!!I asked him for better chicken and he gave me an attitude, splashed very little sauce on and when I asked for more sauce he gave me even bigger attitude. I used to love this place, but just keeps getting worse....

Yummy Yummy Chicken!Great staff and awesome food.While waiting in line I saw the cook wash his hands after touching his apron. Good food safety practices makes me feel comfortable eating here.

If I want japanese food, I always go there, i love the chicken and the noodles the best! you can get veggies with the noodles, but i personally get just noodles. they give you so much also. usuaully ends up being 2 meals for me. haha but i totally recommend trying out the noodles. its a extra 2. dollars but totally worth it. yummy yummy

The people that work behind the counter are not there for customer service as you would expect. Do not to expect for them to go out of their way for you to have a pleasant experience. Be expected to be judged by the cashier. Be expected to be judged to take your time to figure what you're ordering with your family within 2 seconds of arriving. And for sure to expect no fixes to your order when a misunderstanding happens. I was talking with a family member and we happened to be agreeing with yeses at the same time the worker asked if we wanted extra sauce. Unfortunately we both were not fast enough to stop them. All workers saw the attempt to stop. None of the employees of Nori Japan even offered to fix anybting. They just stared at us until we took our food. It was an unfortunate event that happened, but I thought it would be a good idea to share. Especially for those who dont want to support companies who disregard the customers' experience.

Omg this place is fantastic! First time going to the mall and my other half was more excited about this spot in the food court! Not disappointed at all. Yum

Normally the food is "YUMMY" today it just wasn't, the fried rice was funny tasting,the extra sauce they put on afterwards seemed watered down and the chicken egg rolls tasted like old grease... I'm disappointed and did tell them about the rice and was offered a side of white rice but my food was already mixed together... hopefully next time we stop n spend 30$+ it will be better.

Staff was quick and efficient. The flavor was great and they offer extra sauce. The portion size was wonderful for the price. I was impressed how quickly they got the food out. My only complaint is that the chicken is very chewy and fatty.

Usually food is good in the mall. I ordered delivery. 2 chicken teriyaki’s with extra sauce and extra meat, one with half noodles and crab rangoons. Neither orders had extra sauce or meat. My order only had rice and not half noodles. The crab rangoons were burned and when I called to tell them they kept denying what they did and just said “no you order 2”. Disappointing they couldnt admit the mistake and just apologize or give a partial refund.

Used to be super good but now very disappointed. Haven’t been there in a while and they jacked their prices. Also the chicken was burnt. I paid for extra chicken and they still give you the regular amount and when you state you got extra chicken the lady yells at you. Not pleased. Prices went from $5 to $9. That’s crazy and the portions got way smaller. Would not recommend anymore. :(
