I say My Cup Noodle Factory
You can make cup noodles with your favorite ingredients.
It's during meals so I think lunch will be the busiest.
Sakuragicho is the most convenient. It even has a shuttle bus for you to take into the place. The shuttle bus stops at different parts near cup noodle museum. The shuttlebus stop is directly infront of the starbucks at the station.
