The best noodle place in the Goleta/Santa Barbara area. Very mom and pop shop, great prices, amazing food. Authentic, and plenty of vegan/vegetarian options too!

Food is ok given the price and the portion. DO NOT expect high quality service at this place. Not a restaurant that would come to my mind at the first minute.

A cramped spot for no-frills pho and broken rice plates.
Questions & Answers
They're always busy for lunch, but best days and times are M-Th between 1-2pm
I think they serve a veggie pho but not sure if it's vegan
I don't know about Amex card but they do take Visa and MasterCard.
