Friendly service with fantastic gelato. Ken, the owner, is a stand up person who is always looking to please the patrons. I think locally owned businesses like this are an important part of our community. If you’re looking for gelato in the northeast, look no further.

Can't believe I haven't reviewed this place yet! Love Nonno's Gelato! Pretty much can't go wrong with any flavor. Not sickeningly sweet - just right. And the staff and owner are very friendly and welcoming. Go!!!

We live in New Jersey but were in Northeast Philly for the day. We heard about Nonno’s and decided to give it a try. The butter caramel gelato was DELICIOUS! The owner waited on us and was very friendly. The place was immaculate! We will be going back!

This place never fails, they always have a great selection, and they all taste great. Place is always clean and the people are always friendly. My family and I will drive 35 minutes bypassing 2-3 other gelato places just to come to this place.

This is a hidden gem in the northeast Philly area. Awesome selection of delicious gelato with most being gluten free. The service was outstanding with the manager/owner going out of his way to accommodate me as I needed a treat to bring to a friends house. Highly recommend!

Nonno's never disappoints! Always a great variety of gelato flavors and a small selection of home baked goods. Vegan gelato options are available and just as good as the rest! Some of my favorite flavors are the vegan ones. There is also Italian Ice which has a nice fluffy texture. The staff is friendly, helpful and patient. To go only though, no seating. Overall, this is a great local business and a welcome addition to the neighborhood.
