Great food great place to meet with friends and eat while watching the Buckeyes beat Penn State

I was turned into this place by one of my customers at work. I was very impressed by the friendly staff and excellent meal. The menu is classic Italian that while not extensive, specialized in what they do. I ordered the nonni chicken which was excellent . the atmosphere was what you would expect from a family Italian restaurant. It was comfortable and classic.

What a gem! It is our weekly Girl's Night Out/In and tonight it is Nonni's Restaurant in Youngstown (Liberty). We have never been but we will definitely be back. We ordered the Chicken Romano and the Chicken Alfredo...both of them equally delicious. You get a lot of food...enough for leftovers for the next day. The chicken was tender in both dishes..the pasta done just right! The marinara sauce was oh so tasty and the Alfredo sauce seasoned just right! We are so happy we found Nonni's. Try them out...you will be delighted!
