We visited Nomad for Brunch and were absolutely delighted. They served the freshest local foods and creative drinks in a cool, COVID-safe environment. The food was cooked in a special high-temp coal-fired oven, imported from Spain, which added a unique flavor and texture. For dessert, we had a pour from their exceptionally appointed bourbon bar... I can’t wait to go back for dinner. I highly recommend Nomad...

Let me first start off by saying this place fully exceeded my expectations. I had the CRISPY CHICKEN sandwich (side note: I added bacon) this chicken was fried to perfection. The soft bun was a perfect balance to the crispness of the chicken. For anyone that would worry that it is too hot don’t worry the sweetness of the roll and lime vinaigrette makes the habanero aioli a well balanced level of spicy. When I grabbed the bag and got in my car I knew I had fresh cut fries because I could smell the freshness from the box. Excellent job this is what great food is all about.

Food and service were excellent. The crab hush puppies were a great starter. The ribeye was perfectly prepared. The lemon curd cheesecake was also delicious. Our server was attentive but not overbearing even while they were busy.

We came here for my birthday dinner. The inside is loud but tasteful. Nicer than the pictures we ssw on line for sure. We were sat at a back booth against the wall (lights were a bit harsh however) and the server mentioned we were celebrating a birthday and making it special. Well if special means explaining the menu and then leaving us for 10-12 minutes then she succeeded. We finally got to order apps and drinks, and the calamari came out in 3 minutes and the entrees not far behind. We felt a little rushed after being left for a bit. The calamari was the best part of the meal. My husband's ribeye was cooked too long for medium rare and a little tough. Also not very favorable. The potatoes had too much olive oil. My veal osso bucco was decent but not amazing. I didn't get any dessert because the options were eh. I might go back to give it another chance but for the price not sure it's worth it.

Beautiful restaurant, amazing food, and excellent service. We especially enjoyed the Grilled Peach and Goat Cheese salad - loved the flavor from the Josper grill in the peaches, and the Pork Chop was super tender and delicious too!

Now this was a real let down experience. They have a very small menu which led me to believe that everything on the menu was gonna be out of the ballpark. I mean why else would you have such limited choices…. Call me crazy? The menu choices were top notch ideas in my opinion but the follow through with a little weak they have a Chilean sea bass which is great fish and another goodie was a short rib 2 dish, two things that you do not come across very often so I was excited to taste. I got an appetizer that I believe is called Spanish chicken or Puerto Rican chicken something like that which ever way that title elicits the thought of flavors especially saying that cilantro was part of the preparation of the dish I tasted no cilantro it was just some pieces of fried chicken with some kind of vinegar dipping sauce or whatever very underwhelmed with the flavors of the food the best thing about my visit there was I got a shot of some twelve-year-old bourbon at $75 a shot but that was the absolute best part of the situation a great bourbon for you bourbon drinkers I can't remember the name of it but it's real good. Next time I'll dine in. I have to add this because I feel that my post may have been slightly heavy toward the negative side the food was great quality it's just that my palate is very particular about flavors and my next experience which will be a dine in experience I am positive the chefs will be able to accommodate my palate.

Amazing spot! We came here on a weekday evening for my moms birthday and our server, Maggie, was so attentive but gave us the time to visit and eat as well. She explained how they use a special oven from Spain and how the food would taste because of it. The food was so interesting- we ordered the vegetable plate to share and I highly recommend it. Everything was cooked to our liking and flavorful. Don’t pass this place up! Even if it’s just for cocktails and apps. We’ll be back!

Delightful food. The chocolate walnut torte was to die for--veggie platter is a must..French fries are nice and crispy. Crispy chicken was a wonderful mix of spicy and sweet with a lemon aioli that perfectly cut through the spice. The New York drink (can't remember the exact name) but it was fantastic 👏 👌. And last but not least, our server Jess P. did a wonderful job with recommendations, never rushed us even when I was being indecisive, and was an all around gem. Great experience, will be back.

Was a wonderful meal. I’d make some slight flavor adjustments- but this was the best experience I’ve had in years. Chef is excellent and the mixologist amazing. Cudos! Many new tries are disappointing. I will definitely be back.

This restaurant in Columbus, Ohio had an excellent brunch menu with original cocktails and entrees that were really excellent. I had a Japanese frittata which featured a taste of sweet potatoes and a wide variety of grilled veggies, including fried leeks, all topped off with grilled shrimp and a mild BBQ sauce. This dish alone is a reason to drive to Columbus. The others in my party were equally excited about their respective choices and then we all shared some apple cobbler topped with bourbon ice cream. WOW

Nomad? More like YESmad! I had the pork chop per my waitress’s suggestion and it was amazing! Delicious smoky flavor from the oven they use. Great drinks, great prices, and great atmosphere.

Food surpassed any expectations I had for the place based on location. We started the evening off with a round of drinks: Lavender is the New Black and You Want a Peach of Me?s. The Lavender is the New Black was very vodka forward. The You Want a Peach was so refreshing and not in your face at all, more of those for the table. We started in with the Veggie Board and Beer Steamed Mussels. The veggie board was decadent but the cauliflower could be cooked more and more naan bread provided for the table. The Beer Steamed Mussels were punchy with the beer flavoring and ham pieces, went very well with the bread offering. Asked the waitress what drinks she recommended and ordered the Barrel Aged Black Manhattan- not impressed, immediately ordered a Cosmo to replace it, should have stuck with the refreshing You Want a Peach of Me?s. My Poor Mans Lobster roll came next, nothing too exquisite about it or note worthy, just meh. The Zarzuela came next. A delite. Very tasty. Next the Ahi Tuna Salad which featured very vinegar forward pickled cucumber, and pieces of Ahi Tuma steak that would have been more desirable if sliced thinner to enjoy with each bite of the salad. Dessert around the table was scrumptious. The Lavender Panna Cotta my favorite, the cooks did forget to add the pirouette cookie. The peach cobbler tasted too smokey for my preference. And the pineapple upside down cake was equivalent to a syrup soaked waffle according to my brother who ate it.
