Cozy little spot with great service and absolutely delish food. Not a bad dumpling in the house! Wonderful tea selection and full bar. Loved this!

Best dim sum I've had to date. Everything is made to order; no carts. So yummy! Great service as well. Try the soup dumplings; they do not disappoint.

All the fun sum plates we had were fantastic. Service could not be better. A great meal at a reasonable price.

So far this place is the best dim sum I've had in Philadelphia.

My husband and I have been to Nom Wah in NYC and it was fantastic. In NY, there's a queue that forms outside the restaurant before they even open...thats how good it is! When we found out there was a location in Philadelphia, we were thrilled there was one much closer. Food was incredibly delicious and fresh, on par with their NYC location. The service was quick, and the wait staff was amiable. We will be back again for sure!

Such good, freshly made food. This place is great for groups, and they do have a full bar. The servers are so kind, and the prices are very reasonable.

We have waited years to return for some reason, but the food was just as delicious. Our teenager and toddler party members were just as happy with the selections as our tween and old folks. Soup dumplings, curry beef dumplings and vegetarian dumplings are delicious. We tried noodle dishes to share that were great, too.

friendly service. bar. large menu. yummy food. We are so hungry ordered and ate like 8 appetizers portions. we didn't really know what to order, so some guys next to us helped us out, lol. the house special pork bun interesting, but i wouldn't order that again. the spicy wontons were great. it was a fun place to eat. fast service, so you can always order more. definitely for sharing!

Service was sub-par. It took awhile for someone to take care of my group. Food was good.

I'm not a huge fan of Dim Sum, and thus don't have a lot to compare Nom Wah to, but I've been here a couple of times now and it's always been great. They have a pretty varied menu, and the prices are very good. The food seems to be of pretty high quality. It is byob, although they do sell alcohol as well. It's hard to tall if they charge a corkage fee for some things, but there isn't for beer. They also do have a huge selection of tea. Service seems to be primarily one woman who is very nice and friendly, although it can sometimes be a little hard to get her attention. But, she's very nice and overall the place has a casual, and comfortable atmosphere.

Nice place to get fresh dumplings and good food. The fried rice was fresh and light with terrific flavors. The space is nice with good seating and the staff is very friendly. The Chinese broccoli was tender and very good. Worth stopping in if you are in the area.

As someone said below, this is indeed low-key the best dimsum in Philly. Any minor faults the have are outweighed by the quality of their food. The restaurant seems clean, the decor is nice, and overall I found our server to be friendly. Yes, it’s a little annoying that they push you a little to pay with cash instead of card. Yes, they could have a better alcohol selection - but who cares when the dimsum is this good?

Amazing vegan and vegetarian options. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Philly. Fresh! A lot of variety and items you cannot get at most dim sum locations.

Cozy atmosphere, and one of my favorite dim sum places! It's more quiet and no cart service, but it's much more relaxing here compared to other places in Chinatown.
