A very good kaisendon specialist in a quiet neighbourhood near the Tokyo Skytree. Chirashi bowls are reasonably priced with a large assortment of fresh seafood for between ¥1400-1800. Menu is is Japanese to cater to the largely local clientele but there are some pictures and the friendly gentleman attending to the queue speaks some English. The recommended Hokke sashimi was quite spectacular and on par with what one would find in a top tier establishment. A spot to visit away from the crowds at Tsukiji. There is typically a line though but they do their best to get the orders and food ready in a systematic manner.

Great Fresh Fish from Tsukiji market. Best time to go there is 430pm to 530pm. No line up at all. Only issue is afternoon may not have something that you want because all the good things might be sold out like Cho Toro. Don't miss the soup. Sweet and tasty soup with lots of fish meat inside too. 630pm is last call. But lots of people come in around 6pm especially those who just finished working. If you want to buy take out. You have to come in the morning or the latest. No later than 5pm. This is the best place for sashimi. Sushi. Or any fishes!!

I had the kaisendon chirashi. It was amazing. Very good and filling. It has a little bit of everything which is what you want from a chirashi.

Amazing seafood, ordered crab cream croquettes and the BP bowl for the first time! I can't believe they serve food is this quality for such a low price! 😱 I highly recommend this place! You may have to line up for a bit, but it's usually a shorter wait than you think and it's sooo worth it!

The variety of seafood (there was seafood UNDER the seafood), and how fresh it was, just blew my mind, especially for the price. Get there early-- I was there just as the restaurant opened on a Monday and I still had to wait 40minutes before I got a seat. Sidenote: everyone in the queue was Japanese.
