My brain shut down at a menu for the first time in a long time at Nobu's. Massive selection, incredible presentation, low-key and not painfully trendy. Slick, quiet, and clean - everything I'm looking for. The wasabi is legit, watch out for the cold tofu - it's got an exceptionally good hot kick. Delicious ginger. Fantastic green tea for only two bucks. I had some fantastic real crab-based rolls. Seaweed salad also wonderful. Can't believe I only dropped $40 for two. Highly recommended.
