Nobu Palo Alto

The food is very tasty, well prepared and looks amazing. The place is nice. We tried several hot and cold meals, and my vote goes to roasted green peppers! We’ll come back for sure.

Exquisite. Their special with Toro and shaved truffles was utterly divine.

Nice ambiance and good food but very pricey. The shishito pepper and the cauliflower with jalapeño sauce were excellent. Sea bass, Tuna roll, and Tuna Taco were good. We finished with assorted Mochi Ice Cream which was a nice end to a good meal.

Oh dear gawd...this is going to be evilly deadly once I'm back. My all time favorite fish; Chilean Seabass topped with the best ever French topping; Seared Foie Gras. People, go spend your paycheck here.Sad to see right now at 3.8 stars. Agree, prices came out quite ridiculous for dinner for 2. However the fish special entree couldn't be more marvelous.

Restaurant with Modern Japanese interior design serving modern Japanese cuisine. Everything is nice.

Had a good experience in this place with my kid. The food arrived fast and the service is just excellent. Prices are fair.

The food was super delicious. The atmosphere was great too.The only thing which we did not like is that staff was constantly focused on up selling things, or at least that was the feeling we got.

I'm torn between a 3 star and a 4. Overall the ambience and the dining experience is definitely a 5 star. Except the price... which bumps it down to a 4... and then the above average but not-too-special food makes it a 3.First things first. Food is good. Way above average. But it lacks soul. It feels like it was concocted in a lab with precise equations rather than from a chef creating with love. Fresh ingredients is often marred by overly powerful sauce and sprinkles, often common in fusion Japanese dishes. Cold dishes were good, but the beef and fish were massive disappointments. Again, good but subpar compared to price.I won't be returning unless there's a corporate meal or something of that kind. Once is enough of an adventure price to pay.

Nobu, with the reputation that preceded had high bar to deliver and it did... Some of the items were exceptionally well done. Oh and don't forget to try the Panna Cotta, it's sinfully delicious.

This place is so good you have to go. Staff, food, drinks are fantastic.Only down side - really noisy, sound seems to echo off everything.

This place is worth giving a shot. They serve large portions for fair rates. Always well kept and with good atmosphere. Would recommend to others.

Food up to par with other Nobu locations; however, the decor and atmosphere aren't as premium feeling as other locations. Given the location in the suburbs, I was surprised to see no change in price from city locations, but still great Nobu food and service.

The food is absolutely amazing as it always is at Nobu. The servers are courteous and knowledgeable. The cocktails are absolutely smashing. What more could you ask for? Oh yeah....that it wouldn't need me to take another mortgage for the next meal. ;)
