Noble Smoke

I received several recommendations on this place and knew I had to try it. The atmosphere is very nice. We had a group of six guys and got the platter with three extra sides. We weren’t able to finish it all. All the meat was super moist and tender. They definitely know what they’re doing with those smokers. We also tried the heath topped banana pudding and the buttermilk pie. Both were really good. Everyone in the group was really impressed with the food.

Holy Smokes Batman! The brisket was amazing! True Texas style, just simply seasoned. As good as the brisket was, the collard "Zach" greens stole the show for me.

I can't stress enough how absolutely blown away I was by the food at this place. I've been to just about every bbq place in town and I've had a favorite for several years now.. which shall remain nameless (my forever president likes it too 😉). This place is far above par! Everything was well seasoned, smoked to perfection. And the FRIED PIES. I hardly even eat sweets.

Wow just wow. We went out to Noble Smoke for the dinner and had an amazing time. We ordered spare ribs, brisket and pulled pork and all of them were fantastic. Among those, I loved Brisket the most. Sides were good too. Slaw, Mac n Cheese and Onion ring were all great. Absolutely great experience and I am going back when I revisit Charlotte!

Absolutely tremendous food for a good price. The staff are incredible and the atmosphere is wonderful. Get the brisket and banana pudding! Noble Smoke is part of a much larger change in the local community, blending in new and old culture. Love this place and I hope they stay forever.

Noble Smoke catering delivered food to our home for our daughter’s wedding meal. Their service was extraordinary, very efficient, polite, and quick set-up. The menu was beyond description. Our guests gave so many compliments. Everything was exceptional and considering this is in the middle of the pandemic makes it even more remarkable. Thank you!

Excellent menu! Fall off the bone ribs! Meats and sides seasoned to perfection! The smoke flavor in the meat is the best I've had in Charlotte.

Awesome vibe in this repurposed warehouse-turned- restaurant. Thousands of pieces of chopped hickory firewood neatly stacked surrounded the rear patio that overlooks Uptown Charlotte. The inside has tall ceilings, brick walls, and a gigantic wooden bar along the wall. Great ambiance for a great night out. Food was on point as expected and freshly prepared. The staff was excellent and considering the crowds, the food did not take too long to come out. Overall a great experience, and we will be back. Be sure to try the skillet corn and the brussel sprouts! They're not your grandma's.

UNREAL....That is my summary.Inside was beautiful, well laid out and modern looking.Service was fantastic (even in the soft opening stage). Very attentive, and actually had personality.Food timing was great. Ordered for three people and the food was there within maybe 5-10mins (max time)Food was unreal. The brisket was to die for. The BBQ (which I'm usually indifferent to was great). The ribs....ohhh yeah baby. The hush puppies. EASILY the best I've ever tasted Mac & Cheese -> legitA great experience and will definitely be back after they have their full menu.💯

This restaurant was recommended by a friend and I'm so glad we were able to make it for Valentine's Day! The atmosphere is great and the food was amazing! We could hold a conversation without yelling back and forth, the servers were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. Thank you Jordan for the wine recommendation and your bubbly personality! The ribs and chicken were GREAT! Meat falling off the bone tender, bbq sauce is tasty, and chicken was moist and juicy! Mike the manager was super friendly and he's so passionate about his job, get a tour if you can, you will not regret it! Whenever we're back in town, Noble Smoke is definitely on our to do list!!!

The brisket!!! 🔥🔥 Truly everything was delicious. I was able to try the pork, brisket, ribs, hush puppies, and corn. I was really impressed by the sides. The service was excellent and the food came out fast. It was a great experience!

I don't live in North Carolina but like to have barbeque when I do come to visit. The food at Noble Food was excellent. We had beef brisket, mac n cheese, roasted corn and onion rings. The onion rings were my favorite kind thin and lightly coated, I never had roasted corn before, it was fresh and tasty. The peach hand pie was good too. I was told they haven't been open very long but the service was amazing how fast every thing came out after you place your order. Nice atmosphere and music playing.

I visited this place while on travel, and plan to visit again. The beer was great, the food was even better. This is some of the better BBQ I have had. And the banana pudding at the end was delicious. The staff is super friendly, which really does help as well. The only quirk was there were really two entrances, so if you went in the wrong one, there was some confusion as to where the hostess was.

We ordered takeout the other night and everything was perfect! They had an excellent takeout operation going. It was a very fast, convenient, and socially distant pickup! Everything extra I thought to ask for was already in the bag. The Brisket, Mac & Cheese, and Sauces were amazing. I was a little bummed the fried okra and banana pudding were not available. I'll try those on my next visit.

A la carte sandwiches. Baked Mac n cheese was amazing but portion size was half of what I expected. The pulled pork sandwich was smoky and flavorful but not hot when it arrived at the table. Fried okra was full sized pods and amazing. Mixed drink was strong and we'll flavored. We'll be back.
