Niu Japanese Fusion Lounge

Great place for sushi. Has a wide selection of fish and seafood including octopus and sea urchin that was super fun to try. Our favorite rolls was the Diablo and the spider roll. We ate way too much but everything was delicious. They have the best lychee martinis.

The sushi here is really good! Would definitely recommend this place. All the items we had are pretty good and would definitely one back here.

Best happy hour prices Ive found in Chicago. Beautiful ambiance and good service. Food looked amazing. Unfortunately I'm from out of town and wish I had been hungry on my visit, so maybe next time I'll be able to sample the food.

This place is the one I like best. I visit a lot of restaurants but to this restaurant I keep coming back again and again. The stuff is very attentive and the cuisine they serve is so fresh and tasty. I am always happy to have a good dinner in this place. Highly recommended.

Food is absolutely delicious. Lunch menu has VERY attractive prices, with a few good options. Dinner is also good and worth it. Sushi Supreme is my preferred item in the menu.

Nice restaurant with clean, industrial feel to it. Food was good (not great). Service however was excellent and quick. Prices surprisingly were not bad . I did overall like the place and would come back.

Nice ambience, easy to find, friendly service. The sushi, however is only so-so. Overall too warm and the rice is too mushy, and the fish was not fresh. If Hamachi tastes like "fish", it is too old. Freshness and rice make or break sushi and this one is nowhere near a 4.4 average. Somebody said to run if they serve pink ginger, I don't know why, but I was more concerned about the old wasabi, which was nicely decorated and presented, but likely hours ago. The surface was dark and dry.

Conveniently located in Streeterville, this lounge is a terrific place for sushi and sashimi. Great for dates and get-togethers alike, this place provides a great value on food especially for the neighborhood it sits in. The food itself is delicious and the space is inviting. It's usually quiet which makes the vibe just right for couples. Staff are friendly and the service is top-notch. Would definitely recommend.

My family really enjoyed our experience in this restaurant after a day of being tourists around the city. All of the food we ordered was delicious, on time, and hot. Our server was great. I wish I remembered his name to give him kudos. My wife got the Korean Beef Ribs and they were outstanding. We ordered 2 different fusion sushi rolls, which were outstanding. My daughter got the shrimp fried rice, she loved it.If you need a good place that is worth the money, this restaurant was a highlight or our trip.Oh, and try the flight of 3 sakes, delicious!!
