My co workers and I come in here for lunch at times, and each time the pizza is warm, at best. It wouldn't be a problem for me if they were nice about warming it up, but I'm normally given an eye roll.To be fair to the franchise, I dont have to ask for pizza to be warmed at any other location.

Not only did Nirchi's give my Ambulance Crew free lunch one day but was extremely friendly to all the customer. The food is great and well prepared. It is clean and family friendly. Thabks Nirchi's!

$8.02 for soggy, luke warm slices and a cup of brown water that was supposed to be Pepsi. Dumped it out after i got home and realized the fact. Half the price and twice the product on the corner of Oakhill and Pine. Watched a guy last week get a sheet an hour after promised and was served an order of "tough beans" after complaining. I wouldn't complain if it were really a $3 slice, but its $1.49 quality.

Love their pizza and crust is to die for. I like onions, green peppers, and mushrooms on my pizza. It smells and tastes so good, especially with the thick crust. You need to try it!

This is a wonderful family owned business that has been open since the late 60s. My family and I grew up in New York and even though we live in Ohio now we still make sure to come to Nirchi's every time. The food is classic, great New York style pizza. However the customer service isn't that great, it seems to be there are only teenage girls working the place and while the food is great, their customer service skills are lacking. Not talkative or engaging, slightly rude, and acted put out like I was causing the problem when they rang up my order wrong and overcharged me. I think we will just go to the other Nirchi's down the street from now on.

Been about 8 years since I have had Nirchi's Still as good as it was then. Love the chicken spiedie pizza. Always one of my favorite slices to get.
