Niko's Gyros And Wings

Niko's Gyros & Wings in West Ashley is one of my favorite places to grab some good food when I am in a hurry and hungry. I like that they have a drive through option and it makes it easier to get everything. The food here is delicious and well prepared and worth it. I have been happy with my order every time I have been here and works well to solve hunger.

Ahhh man. I actually want to give a 5 so badly, but I have to give a 4. Tonight was my first night ever trying the restaurant. I ordered the whiting and fries; the 5 piece lemon pepper wings; and the strawberry cheesecake. The food was FRESH! I love hot, fresh, crispy fried foods! 😩 The lemon pepper wings were crispy and fried hard like I love my wings. The flavor was on point! The strawberry cheesecake was the closest thing to the Cheesecake Factory I’ll find in the area. The fries were horrible. I’ll never get them again. lol. Fries is just a hit or miss with me. It’s hard finding fresh, flavored, crispy fries. Nevertheless, the fish was fried so beautifully, but it had no flavor. It was so fresh and under seasoned my six years old daughter said, “Ugh. It’s so plain.” I can’t wait to come back for more lemon pepper wings though. And to try other options from the menu. I think I’ll try the Alfredo next time.
