The ambiance is quite nice, quiet, and relaxing. The food is fairly good but not exceptional.Nonetheless, I often frequent this place, since it is the best Thai restaurant in the Montrose/Midtown area.Additionally, the staff is remarkably kind and considerate. I have never had but good experiences with the Nidda Thai cadre. As far as drinks are concerned, the Thai tea and Thai coffee are packed full of flavor. All in all, this place is a 4.3★, but not quite a 5★. Strongly recommended.

Good prices and good food. This is based on us doing pick up 5 times a year for the last 5 years, we have not dined in here.

Excellent portions and taste.... most importantly takes reservations, the reservations piece totally makes this the best option for my young family... we drive from The Woodlands where there is no good thai food so the reservation justifies the drive as our wait!

Nidda Thai is one of the top Houston Thai restaurants I have tried so far. We had a mix of vegetarians and meat eaters and everything came out perfect. For appetizers I recommend the fresh spring rolls. For the main meal we ordered the green curry today 3/4 spiciness, a chicken panang curry 3/4 spiciness, a drunken noodles tofu 3/4 spiciness, and for the last a fried rice tofu 4/4 spiciness. Everything was great but what was exceptional was the customer service. Since we ordered so many tofu dishes as a precaution the waitress explained that their chili oil had fish sauce in it! It was nice of her to explain that. Overall it was a good experience in house. The orders to go were 4/5 as it doesn't seem to be on the same level of spice.

Used to be a great place. Was closed for renovation or for demolition or something. Google needs an update.

We've been coming here for years and even though we moved out of Montrose, we make the drive as often as we can. Pad See Ew is my favorite! Nidda Peanut is also tasty.

Tried Nidda for the first time and was really underwhelmed - definitely more to farang tastes, not really authentic. It was just ok. Service was fine.

The food at this place WAS really good but seems as if this page needs to be updated as listed address is now an emptied out strip mall under construction with no estimated completion or reopening date in site... website for restaurant states they are “temporarily” closed for construction and listed phone number has been disconnected... 😔

I almost don't want to review this place because it is so good and it's already become more crowded. But seriously: it is so good! The spicy Rangoon is one of the best apps in boston. The pho is consistently delicious. Service is efficient and friendly. I love pho basil!

Authentic Thai food and staff is really nice. Crispy duck is almost as if you were eating in bankok

Authentic Thai Cuisine, and I think the best Thai Food inside the loop. The quality of the food is also great! They just remodeled and have really nice wood looking tiled floors.

Great price on the curry on their lunch specials. Their curry has coconut milk that makes them so delicious!

I've only ever done takeaway here, but I've never been disappointed. Every menu I've tried has been delicious (though the duck red curry and druken noodles are favorites) and their ETA's on pick-up orders are usually spot on. If you're looking for a new Thai take away favorite, look no further.

I have gone here primarily for lunch. I like their lunch specials for about 10 dollars or so you can get a starter, and your main entree, and a small spring roll. They understand how to do a busy lunch. Food is served quickly, and it is good. I have had their drunken chicken, pad thai, and their Massamam curry. I like all three dishes. I find their food runs a bit on the sweet side compared to my personal taste. I think their food is good.
