We were skeptical of the 'Nitrogen' claim before we stepped in, but were pleasantly surprised by one of the creamiest ice cream we've ever had! And the salted caramel that I got had a little bursts of salty crackles that made it even more enjoyable.The reason it loses a star is coz the premises and ambiance are nothing special considering the prices they're charging. It hides behind a Biggby coffee shop and kinda looks pokey. And the gimmick of 'Topping in a syringe' looks tacky and creates unnecessary landfill.Note that the place might be hard to spot from the road coz the signage is dominated by Biggby coffee. Just look for Biggby coffee if you're driving.

GREAT ICE CREAM

This ice cream is really good! I love the Ferrero Rocher, it's so creamy and it does taste like Ferrero! I also recommend the banana pie and pumpkin pie ice cream, but that one is seasonal.

Fun time watching them make the ice cream with liquid nitrogen. The ice cream is super creamy. I grew up on Custard in Wisconsin and this might just be better than that.As pointed out by others you can wait a while for it. Especially if they have to change out the tank. However, the show of them making it is fun.

Worth a visit! It’s fun to watch them make the ice cream. Interesting flavors too that they switch out occasionally. A little pricey, but too be expected.

Amazing high quality ice cream. The texture is unbelievable. It's very creamy, something you can only get at a place that makes the ice cream from scratch. Each scoop is made individually by order. It's a bit pricey ($5 for a small scoop) but definitely worth trying at least once (if not more often).

Slightly confusing ordering, but excellent ice cream.
