One of the best sushi places in Newport. Reasonable prices with high quality in unpretentious digs. Both the sushi and cooked items from the kitchen are very good. Try the gyoza, shumai, beef tataki, duck roll from the kitchen section of the menu.Rolls from the sushi bar are excellent. Make sure to check the specials board. Had the Heart Attack roll, a riff on jalapeno peppers stuffed with yellowtail.

Truly, if given the option, I would give this place 4 1/2 stars.We chose hibachi which tasted great and wasn't terribly expensive for the combos that we chose! The sake and Japanese beer were very reasonably priced. The chefs were not as skilled with their tools as I've seen in other hibachi restaurants. Still a good time; will go back.

The food is delicious, the restaurant is very clean, the service is very satisfying, it is a good place for family gatherings, the price is very affordable
