Not too sure on the dinner train but their customer service is terrible on responding.I've tried to contact them because I have a coupon and can't use it booking online. Last year after several messages left, was told they were sold out and to call in January 2020, that's when they would start taking reservations for 2020. I called in Jan 2020 and the voice mail explained to call in April for reservations. I have literally called at least 5+ times, but haven't received a call back. I would appreciate a call back as soon as possible as my coupon expires on 5/29/2020. Susan Dacey
