New Yorker Pizza Pasta and Wings

Went there this evening spent $24 and change on pizza and wings. Came home to find out pizza had not been cut. Manager stated they would have someone come to my home and cut the pizza smh. CHECK YOUR FOOD before you leave from there especially if you have a delivery they forget details and do not know how to properly defuse a situation. They will make little of what you are unhappy about without any respect for the principle. The only way to get better service within our community is to demand respect when it comes to our dollar. The service will change when we stop spending. Remember that EAST WINSTON

Poor and unprofessional place, When I was there to pick up my order, they had delivered it wrongly, I had to wait more than half an hour for a simple order, they did not offer me anything for the mistake they made and also I had to listen the conversation between the cashier and the cookers with enough profanity. I do not think I will return to that place where, in addition to everything mentioned, they do not even maintain cleanliness.

I usually order from them and usually are pretty good but, today I ordered a 6 mild wings and an order of jumbo shrimp. The shrimp i got was not jumbo and look like i could get them from the frozen section in food-lion. I decided to eat the chicken and there was hair in my food. I called the place to tell them about my situation and the lady was no help she didn't care that there was hair in my food. She say ok ok ok and didn't try to resolve anything. The service is trouble and the food they provide is half decent but i will not be ordering from them again and neither will anyone else that i know.
