New York Pizza and Subs

Absolutely phenomenal, and very authentic. Went with two other people who are actually from NY and we’re looking for an experience that resembled their neighborhood mom and pop pizza shops on the corner from their youths. We had three different kinds of pizza, pasta, salad and garlic knots. All of it (and I mean all of it) was outstanding. I have an allergy that can be hard to accommodate; They had no problem making it work. The hospitality was great as well; we were made to feel right at home, and very welcome. We live in Raleigh, and all three of us agree that this spot will be worth the drive in the future. We’ll be back next time we’re in town, or next time we’re feeling nostalgic. Can’t recommend enough. Edit: We made the drive from Raleigh again, just for this place. Food and hospitality were just as amazing as the first time! We’ll be back again!

The pizza was not authentic 'New York' pizza. I went on a night my friend was performing at PlutoFest and the vibe was nice with the live performances and the alcohol was nice but not so much the pizza.

Was recommended by a friend who ate at another chain but this location got the order wrong by putting mushrooms on the sub which me and my brother are allergic too and ended up having to go to the hospital and spending the whole day and night inside. I called and they said they would refund the order . Fast forward a week later from healing I go inside for the refund the guy kept arguing about not putting the mushrooms on and throws 20$ at me and says that’s all I’m giving you. Crazy thing about it is I told them not to put any on the sandwiches at all. So I gave the 20$ back and said it’s best my lawyer deals with it because the customer service was horrible dealing with a mess up they did. Horrible customer service and food was average wouldn’t recommend it.

The pizza is always good. The slices are big and prepared NY style just how I like them. Don't bother with the pizza chains this is the real deal.

This place is lit. The bartenders are super nice, service is quick, and the beer is cold

Oddly enough one of GSO's oldest music venues. Can't beat the PBR and pizza slice deals either. Been seeing music here for over 15 years.

Was just there today and the gentleman there was very kind and accommodating. Even cut my pizza into smaller pieces for the kiddos!

Horrible experience here yesterday. Looked like a cool enough place in a great location. Friends got their food immediately (almost no one there when we arrived). Mine took over 30 minutes. After checking on my food and finding out that it STILL was not ready, I asked for a refund because we had to meet some friends and were already going to be late. I was denied, rudely, and had to leave without my food or a refund. I was asked to be "more patient" and told that it was the "dinner rush." The staff member also told me I could take my food home and put it in the oven myself. Wow. Just terrible service.

New York Pizza has great pizza and a great staff. I highly recommend New York Pizza!!!!

The pizza is awesome! I could eat the crust by itself. It's that good. Then you add a good amount of toppings and sauce and my mouth is having a joygasm! Will be returning for more spinach and mushroom pizza.

They have the best pizza in greensboro. They are so polite, and great prices. I would recommend it to anyone

Love going here for lunch. Alone or with clients. Can’t go wrong. Pizza is large by the slice and tastes great as always.

Local home away from home. Finally under proper ownership. The food quality and service have improved by leaps and bounds.

Awesome customer service. We just moved to the area where they deliver and have been please on all of our orders. Food, service, and delivery time were great. Highly recommend. WINGS ARE GREAT!!!
