Inexpensive Korean food that I should taste pretty decent. There's also a barbecue Korean spot in the same venue you just have to ask for it but I believe it's in the back somewhere.

This spot always delivers. They have awesome dishes for affordable pricing, there are no long waits even when the spot is full.

Very friendly staff. Food was excellent. Calamari was a bit rubbery; no dessert menu was presented to us and we had to hunt down someone to get the check.

I really like the food here, the place has enough space downstairs, but i really enjoy the food more than the ambiance.

My husband and I were in New York for the first time, this past September. We found this Korean restaurant as we were walking near Rockefeller Center. The food was hot, fresh and very tasty. We came back to this place again, as we wanted to have another meal there before we left. We found the service to be as good as the food, and in particular, Anna was one of the nicest, kindest servers we've ever had in any restaurant. If we ever decide to visit New York again, you can be assured we will visit Kimchi restaurant again, hoping to have the same great food and to have a chat with Anna again too.

This place is my first choice site. Of all restaurants I know I favor it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to visit this restaurant. Whenever I feel like having a fair supper, this restaurant comes first to my mind. fresh and all kinds of food and a rich menu.trained crew, and good mood. And very important, the charge is honest. I recommend this place with great pleasure.

We stumbled on this lace because it was right next to Rockefeller Center and we didn’t want to go to Korean town for Korean food.The staff was very friendly compared to what people typically said about New Yorkers. We had a sit down dinner but was too tired to do the grill cooking so we asked if they could just cook it for us. Come to find out the grill is there for them to cook FOR you. So...we lucked out. 😁Oh yes, the environment was very comfortable. A/C was running. You actually go underground for the restaurant. Not sure what the top floor is for. Probably when they are busy.

It was alright. You could get better Korean food in New York, but if you want a quick bite go for it. Also the service could improve. Everyone is very nice but the they were inconsistent..

Ok I absolutely didn't expect this. Very friendly service. Very nice complementary free refill tea and starters. Very big portions of delicious and affordable food. Very clean toilets.

Interesting place with really courteous staff who go above and beyond. The food is good but combined with the price might not be the best overall. Large areas on the main floor and downstairs. Lot's of food choices and alcohol too.

Great real Korean food! We were dining downstairs. Many thanks to our waiter and a shout out to Ana who took care of us like a mother!
