Their poutine is a dozen times better when you ask them to make it without salting the fries. The previous time I did not make this request and the meal was inedible and they would not replace it.

Worst New York Fries I've ever been to. Terrible customer service provided by a cashier named Nancy. Very rude and literally rolled her eyes at me when I placed my order. Underfilled my poutine as well. Will never go back
