New York Fries

Great service. I highly reccomend it. Good food as well.

I love the food! The location is very convenient inside of Promenade Mall food court.I am giving 3 stars instead of 5 because of the service. On Thursday afternoon, a middle aged man cut the lineup (when I was next) and I called him out on it and the cashier still processed his order. A guy that was on the fryer took the order of the a couple who was behind me in the lineup...and the cashier processed their transaction next...after the argument that I got cut off already I had to be cut off again for the 2nd time...I'm stunned that 2 orders got cut before me and people behind me in the lineup didn't say anything...(maybe they didn't have a problem with line jumpers) I still ordered the food (coz I waited long enough in the lineup) and got it to go. The staff really need to work on the customer service. I don't like the idea that my complaint went unnoticed and nothing was done about it.

I’m very happy with the service this NYF location is offering. The staff really knows how to work together when busy and the fries are great in quality and size.

Visited this location Saturday. There was a massive line up, the staff were working hard, efficiently and most importantly with huge smiles on their faces. It’s very rare you find a place like this where you genuinely feel the staff enjoy working. I’ve worked in this industry before and the leadership needs to be commended for setting the bar so high. Not only did they fly though the line, my lunch was perfect! Well done NYF... hands down this is my fav location. PMT

The food was all well made and properly cooked, especially the fries which can really be a gamble on wether or not their good depending on the location. Much like other locations, the prices found were fair and for the order and I didn’t feel like I was being cheated or ripped off. This ‘New York Fries’ will likely become one of my most frequented restaurants in the mall in due time.

Just recently I visited this location on Thursday and I was very impressed by the customer service these people provide especially the guy wearing a blue cap. He was very polite and made sure I got my fries well done. Hats off to this location.

The double cheese bacon poutine was awesome and customer service was great 👍🏻

Great service. I made a mistake in my order, when I told them they were very nice about it and they gave me a new customized order for free. Fantastic!

Just recently I visited this location and I witnessed and argument from a man treated the girl cashier really bad, I gotta say the customer service they offer here is always outstanding and I feel really bad some people doesn't know how to be respectful.The cashier with the tattoos always gives me sample fries and she has always been polite.I believe the manager came out to help her because of this rude customer who was in front of me was swearing at her. I'm sorry this happen to her but cheers up to this location they know how to stay positive!

I come to the Promenade mall New York fries location because I work in the area and I just want to say the usual girl that makes my fries is always really nice to me and she makes the best fries ! I'm very picky, I usually get well done fries and by now I don't need even need to say my order anymore because she remembers me every time Really appreciate it! Thank you Desiree
