They forgot two main items in my delivery order. When I called back to hopefully have them delivered they proceeded to tell me they did not forget anything...... ohhhh okay.

Truly love the staff and food. Always ordered from them even when they were first in southie. Now being a block away from me can’t get enough. Food always tastes good not greasy and overly seasoned or cheap on portions the taste is real not something out of a frozen diner.

My roommates and I used to speak very highly of this restaurant, in fact we were regulars. That is until last night when we made our usual order and they forget our crab Rangoon’s. We were yelled at for confronting them, were not refunded, and were forced to watch SNF WITHOUT CRAB RANGOONS

If you are looking to get in an argument over missing crab rangoons then new ho toy is what you are looking for. For over an hour.... I got yelled at. Yes, the customer getting yelled at. Very disrespectful with sub par food.

Yesterday was our first time we visited this magnificent restaurant. But It is no doubt not the last. We enjoyed the evening very much with the attentive service, with the great dishes and booze and with the decent cost. We will no doubt return there again.

Always friendly, great service, not to mention they make my food great everytime. They even remember me and my order every single time I go, no matter how long it’s been since I’ve gone. I’ve loved them in Southie, and I travel far, rent cars to get to them !

We order out food at 8pm gave them our number address and apt. We called back one and a half hrs later and they told us they showed up and called us several times when they did not, I asked why they didn't come to the door and ring the doorbell and she stated it's not safe lol.The woman on the phone was rude after we canceled and told us not to call back ... don't worry we wont!
