This place is a four star at lunch and a two star at dinner so.. 3 stars. Good selection for a buffet but food gets worse after lunch time.

Very nice surprise to find this place on our way out of Chattanooga. Great selection of Chinese food, clean tables and quiet but helpful staff. Lunch was a bargain at about $20 for the two of us.
