I pointed out the Lemon Chicken on the menu and asked if the sauce & chicken are prepaired together in the wok. The waitress guest wrong! I thought the only places that separated the chicken from the sauce was McDonald's, I wish they called a China Town in the United States to find out how these foods are cooked. The other problem is I received fried rice with this food which doesn't go with Lemon Chicken it at all. So they have the Chinese Restaurant look down but not much else at this location. Android and I were discussing this and he points out that many of times he has seen that sign in front of the door laying face down next to the curb, maybe that's where it belongs.

In my opinion, the food was great. The portion was large. (I split it with my ravenous son) And the price was better than the place I tried across the street.

Looks old foodThey force you to pay 15% tip whether you like it or not. Extremely greasy, and rations are small.

This place is the best chinese restaurant in Washington D.C.

Wonton soup broth is nice, wonton are all thick skin and a suggestion of filling (not amazing) .Hamyu qiezi/ Salted fish eggplant "casserole" was pretty good!! Very comforting (if you like pungent fish flavoring, which I do).Seafood Chaofen was fine; could have been smokier.Service was super attentive! If you need something and they just dropped by (which they did regularly for us), just raise your hand and make eye contact.

Don't get down to Chinatown very often but always try to eat here. I'm not very adventurous so the chicken fried rice and orange beef are my yummy favs!

Go to spot for some good Cantonese food after long night in D.C. This place is usually gets packed late in the evenings. Portions are average size and the food is reasonably priced. Parking is always easy to find. The poor waitresses here are always so kind serving us drunken belligerent folks in the evenings. Any soup, chow fun, pan fried noodles, clams in black bean sauce, shrimp with walnuts are my favorite orders here. They have plenty of seating for small to large parties. Highly recommend this place if you need a quick bite in the area.

If I could I will give negative 5 stars, Obnoxious waitress who demanded tips, service is horrible, food is over priced.

Quality of food 4/10, got fried noodles with shrimps, service lady started to bother us with very bad english/chinese that nobody understood, demanding more than 15% tip despite the bad service we were provided with. They didn't even let us finish our meals. Never again.
