Neo China has the best Chinese food in Durham. My college roommate treated me for my birthday. Her General Tsao's chicken and my Orange Chicken were delicious. Happy to learn that Door Dash now picks up and delivers orders.

Well I usually enjoy their food however I went in tonight to order to go and I was not even acknowledged. The lady who normally works the counter stood there talking with a guy and speaking in another language and didn't even ask me if I needed help. I stood there atleast 8 minutes even had the menu opened. I eventually just left bc I guess she did not want my business tonight. I will never go there again. That was sooo rude.

Always great food and good service

I was confused about service. Came in with 2 staff behind bar, to place take out order. They left with no acknowledgement. Came back when phone rang to take orders. Guess it's best to place phone order while standing in front of them.

Here in town for work and decided to try it out & I was very pleased! The food was amazing I just ordered take out ..you will not be disappointed with the food!

My noodles were raw and it’s dirty inside. Staff is very friendly and their soup is good, but that’s it. Every time I go something is off. Whether it’s the food or cleanliness.

My Husband found a hair in his food (not the end of the world), and the Waitress offered to have the Cook remake his food, which he was OK with. My Mother-in-Law, however, was too disgusted to finish her food and she let the Waitress know. The Waitress didn't tell the Manager what happened, so we had to ask her if we could speak with her.The Manager was pretty dismissive and asked us "What we wanted her to do about it." Not the the best way to handle the situation. You want your Customers to leave satisfied and ready to tell others about their amazing experience. Guess she didn't care about that. In end, she gave us 50% off, but seemed irritated about it. We will not return.

First time trying this place. I got the kung-pao chicken and it was excellent. I'd never had peanuts with chicken before, but it worked well and was super filling. Will definitely go back.

Our favorite Chinese. We do take out here at least every month. In the last couple of months we've noticed the food is even better than usual. This place has ruined us for other Chinese restaurants. Egg rolls out of this world. Makes us glad we live in Durham!
