Great food. Amazing taste and quality. The unfortunate part is that there needs to be a BIG sign outside saying that they do not accept cash. It’s really annoying if you are a tourist and they have cashless written in small print outside the door. So not tourist friendly. Quite a line around lunch time.

The service was bad, I felt like we were rushed by the people at the service counter even though there was hardly any crowd in the restaurant. However the food was delicious and the quantity was great and hence the 4 stars

Chicken shawarma is the best. The sauces are also good and very flavourful

You see that line? We all did. The line moves relatively quickly during the rush hours, healthy choices of freshly cooked meat, sufficient portion sizes at reasonable NYC prices.

Every time I pass Maya during the day, there is a long line out of the door. And there is a good reason-the food is great! Everything is made fresh in front of you. That means every dish is customized. Just give yourself time to wait on line. It is worth the time.

Amazing to see how many people they can feed in such a short time, don’t be afraid of the queue. The food taste really good, it’s healthy and they have a good price! For us Germans it was a great quick lunch at our NYC trip!

Food here is always fresh and tasty, which has led to its huge popularity, on most days during lunch hours the line is out the door, but the efficient food serving process means you are normally in and out within 10 mins. Highly recommend
