Perfect place for lunch— it’s healthy, they’re expedient and super friendly and everything is delicious! It’s a staple for me & certainly a favorite in the area! They do great catering and really pack in the food to feed a large group. Individually the food is well portioned, filling and yet light. It’s super well priced and great quality. I highly recommend as a go-to breakfast, lunch & dinner place! The Greek salad with falafel is especially light and good! Rare gem in the Murray Hill / Midtown area—check it out!

One of my favorite lunch spots in the area. Solid prices, tasty, health and large portions. What more can you ask for?

Eating the Central Park wrap special right now, and I'm loving it. Generous portion, healthy ingredients, packed with flavor and I can't complain about the price ($7.17). The gentleman who served me was courteous and took his time to go over the options with me, as there were too many good ones to choose from. Wait time was pretty good for lunch hour on a Friday. Not the first time I came here, and definitely not the last! (Also I may or may not have taken the free protein muffin sample outside, because those are so darn good.)
