Cafe Naturalis is a small neighborhood cafe in the beaches area of East Toronto. We offer many vegan and gluten free options, along with fresh Montreal Bagels which are delivered daily. Our vegan and gluten free soups are made in house, and are the perfect compliment to our gourmet sandwiches. We also carry a variety of bagels that are gluten free, soy free, and vegan.

I had the smoked turkey sandwich, it was delicious and filling. There were lots of vegan and gluten free options too. The pastries were delicious, I really enjoyed the lemon square. Great little spot in this neighbourhood.
