$10 per day garage parking $8 per day surface parking They do have meter parking for .25 for 15 mins and thats consider "short term" parking. If you need quarters they do have several change machines inside the terminal

Yes, state issued ID ( regular ID or driver's license), a passport works too. No school or work ID , those do not work. Airport security will ask for that , an ID and the ticket. Then you'll go throgh the scanners, they make sure you carry no drugs or weapons. It's the same on every airport.

Age?

I'd recommend by 430am just so you make it through TSA easily and have time to get a bite to eat while you wait.
