Naples Princess

We had an amazing time in Naples and this was one of the big highlights! The boat was clean and big enough for a bunch of people. The captain said the best way to see dolphins is the front of the boat, but I guess he's never been in the back. We saw multiple dolphins up close following the Princess in its wake. They would jump and spin out of the water. If you time it right you can get great pics.

Friendly Service. Clean and well kept. Beautiful tour. Great for family, couples & Friends. Great full service bar & snacks. Wish it lasted longer. Will repeat when I return to Naples.

Everything was 2 thumbs up. The bar and food was excellent. The crew worked beyond expectations.

Who doesn't love a good evening out on the water to see the sunset? Check-in was easy but I'd recommend going early. It did take some time to get checked in with everyone there at the same time. Parking was ok but had to look for the signage and search a tad. The boat is very well maintained and it wasn't crowded with people. There was plenty of seating and room up top to see the sunset when it was time. We did the appetizer cruise. Would love to do the dinner cruise but it was sold out the night we went. I'd go again. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very good sunset cruise, food was excelent! There levels of enjoyment from the top of the boat observation deck. To the cocktail area and the bottom dineing area. All Windows for Boeing pleasure, even saw some Dolphines!

We will never book with this company again! My sister paid for this cruise for my 50th birthday. It was the whole reason we planned a trip to Naples! We flew in from Nebraska and drove over 4 hours from our parents home to get to the cruise. We stood in the blistering heat for over an hour and a half. We double checked emails and knocked on doors. Everything was locked shut. My sister had a confirmation email just 3 days prior. Never have I been so disappointed in a company! No cancellation email or phone call. NOTHING!! To say we are disappointed is a true understatement! We are heart broken and devastated! This would have been my first cruise. Had the company at least contacted us, we could have made alternate plans! Instead we spent my ruined birthday driving back the 4 plus hours to our parents house. We were just too disappointed to even stay in Naples. We did get a full refund and was offered complimentary tickets. However it will never make up for ruining our trip!

Great lunch time cruise to see the amazing houses along the waterfront in naples!

Five of us arrived at 2:05pm for the 2:30pm cruise that was on their website. We were informed that the boat left at 2pm They offered to sell us tickets for tomorrow but my guests are from out of state and are leaving tomorrow. I showed them the website and all they said was, "Sorry!" Our entire day was planned around this excursion; in addition to disappointing my guests, I had to reschedule everything else. Cannot recommend!

Sunset cruise is a must-do event. First time to Naples; took the sunset cruise on a Sunday evening. The boat is fantastic. Captain & crew were charming & helpful; bar/wait-service was great; food was good. Weather that night & breezes on the boat made the experience just perfect. We sat on the top, open-air deck, aft... perfect spot for watching the sun go down & seeing the sights. Don’t miss this awesome experience & the price is a value! 5-Stars!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a very nice time cruising the inlets of Naples. The boat is very comfortable with friendly staff and clean facilities. I took the evening cruise which had perfect weather and a beautiful sunset on the Gulf. This cruise is worth your time and money, it’s a great way to experience the beauty on Naples.

This was not our first sightseeing trip on a vessel of this nature. This crew was above average and professional. While on our sunset cruise we appreciated the nice balance of some narraration without way over doing it and a nice time to take in the sights without over talking others or someone on a speaker. The drinks and appetizers for us were very good as well. Overall a great evening.

It was a beautiful sunset cruise. The homes were stunning to look at and the sunset was breathtaking. In my opinion, the food is not worth the extra money... Eat after.

The boat is immaculate, spacious and comfy. Great views of manatees, marine life and mansions. Buffet was fresh and appealing, with a choice of nice salads and fresh breads. Staff was reserved and friendly.

All-around great experience. Wasn’t sure what to expect. We had about 40 guests and reserved a private deck. The wait staff was exceptional including both bar tenders and servers. Food was much better than I expected. The views from the ship were great. Very enjoyable afternoon / evening.
