Delicious food. Fast service as only New Yorkers know how to do.

the staff here clearly hate their jobs. the food is fine but they don't always get things correct. amazingly have screwed up a salad twice. spend your lunch elsewhere.

Excellent customer service. The menu has a lot of healthy options. The food was delicious. The restaurant was also clean.

Rarely do I give any place such terrible ratings but I had one of the worst experiences ordering lunch from here. To begin with, the lady at the counter seemed very irritated when I was placing my order and did not even inform me that the toppings (after the initial 2) were charged additionally. Nowhere on the menu nor the boards have they mentioned about the additional cost of the toppings. So I ended up paying almost $20 for a bowl with 4 extra toppings. Finally when I got the food it was so bad that I threw away most of it (which I felt horrible about). The broccoli was the size of my fist and under cooked so I couldn’t even bite into it. The quinoa bowl I ordered was doused in so much sauce that I couldn’t take more than 2 bites and finally the falafel was the worst I’ve had in a Mediterranean place. I will never return here.

I know this place by their restaurant close to Union Square, that place there is really good, this feels like a cheap fast-food version of it, where nobody really cares about the food their are serving....

Overpriced flavorless food. I do not recommend, also staff is rude (person who calls out orders once they are ready). NYC has so many other better options for Mediterranean food.

The food is amazing! The staff is friendly and they work fast! Never have to wait too long for my food. Always stop by when I'm in the area.

The food at Nanoosh is delicious and fresh, a nice twist on Mediterranean. The service at the Rockefeller Center location, however, leaves much to be desired. Rude and impersonal, compared to other places. Seems like customers don't mean much to them. Interaction with their staff is the only reason I don't go there often. Even during off peak hours they make me feel like I owe them and getting my food there is a favor they are doing for me. 5* for food, 2* for service.

Delicious, fast, fresh!

I was very disappointed by the quality of the food. The falafel did not taste like falafel at all. I don't recommend.

good food but the manager is very rude.

Tomato cucumber salad not fresh, rice kind of dried out, sauces bland. Went on a Monday around 12:45 p.m. place was crowded so there was plenty of turnover. Would not go back. Better off with the street meat carts.

Total ripoff. I wanted a quick snack so I ordered a side of falafel and for $6 I figured it would be a decent amount. I asked the cashier (who was nice about it) how many the order came with and she said 5 which seemed like more than enough. Any New Yorker knows that falafel balls should at least be the size of a golf ball. These were the size of acorns and were served cold with this nasty mayo pickle sauce. Whoever made the menu and decided the pricing is kidding themselves
