This is a branch of the Azabu Juban Naniwaya, the third generation of Taiyaki in Tokyo. From the head of the family, it is a grandchild. At this Morishita store, more than 60 years ago, the son of the second generation can now see the traditional recipe and taste. Taiyaki has a "mochi" skin, and the anko has its tail as well. The Naniwaya's taiyaki has a "sticky feeling" even when the skin cools down over time and is delicious without having to warm it! I am happy to be able to purchase without having to line up like the original family!
