Attended a gala style fundraiser. I wouldn’t say it’s a top tier venue but it was certainly nice. The entry experience is good with a stately library and bar on your left and the stairs up to the ballroom on your right. I found the entire cocktail space a little tight and kind of got stuck in a corner. Cocktail hour food was very good, although dinner food was way wired. I’m sorry but you just don’t plate a main tableside. Staff coming out with big industrial dishes of beef chicken and potatoes isn’t nice. Plate in the kitchen and serve a nicely prepared plate - not that hard. My vegan meal was not to my liking but I’m a notoriously fussy eater and they did accommodate me on the spot and without complaint. Overall feel is quaint and if you like that old charming manor feeling I think you will be satisfied with the ambiance. Staff and service are excellent.

Attended wedding reception here. Dinner itself, service and the dining room itself were spot on. Cocktail hour not too fond of the layout. Things could have been setup differently so not sure who had final say on layout. Way too tight and it was spread between 3 rooms but everyone it felt was in one room. Food was great, only food during the cocktail hour I had an issue with was the raw bar. Oysters and clams some were frozen. Desserts were great.

This place was very fancy and big. It is very good for formal parties you would have a good time
