Bad service, we got the wrong order twice. Chicken tastes old and not freshly made.

This outlet is tucked in the corner in festival city mall and you might miss it unless you know it is there. The staff are excellent especially maneuvering in the not so spacious outlet. The food quality and taste is excellent and different than routine and hence Nando's has some diehard fans. However seems to be slightly overpriced. Go for the basic chicken only dishes.

👩🏻‍💻 We dined at Nandos’s today for lunch within my favorite mall at Festival City. I’m awarding 4 stars because the service staff, sweet as they are, need training. The waitress taking our order nearly put me to sleep 😴 repeating again and again, the water we requested was delivered to our table without glasses. 🥤 The main course was also brought whilst we were still eating our shared starter and was sent back. We were invited for refills when our glasses were still full. C’mon team a little common sense goes a long way to good customer service! Restaurant interior is really nice and well maintained. Food was good for a fast food 🥘 casual dining restaurant. Liver starter and warm crusty bread rolls tasted so good. Mains were hot and tasty, generous servings and fresh tasting. Fabulous view from the verandah and generally nice restaurant. 😊

Somehow, this time around, the food quality was a bit down. Didn't like the chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream.

First time I ate in DFC nandos chicken was good but the rice not cooked when I talked to supervisor he side rice here is like that. It's not true.

Good food upscale place. Good with family and kids. If you have entertainer you can enjoy 1+1 free. Try chicken Espadata you will like it. Extra hot is finger leaking good. Recommended..

I am used to order online to home chicken and I love the peri peri sauce I visit them in festival city the restaurant is empty stuff are unprofessional the quinoa salad tasteless my experience is really bad and now I hate nando's
