I signed up for email blasts a few months before my birthday, and received a birthday discount in my email... The waitress that served me informed me that they stopped doing that promotion since I received it, BUT HONORED MY COUPON ANYWAY... I wouldn't have made a fuss about it even if they didn't honor it, BUT THEY DID ANYWAY... AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE... You probably went in there with your nose turned up...

Nakita no reservations are required but I recommend you go as soon as they open. The food is great.

I know the owner personally and she would not stand for insubordination. I'm sure that your Overlook was not on purpose. I've always had pretty good customer service. The food is delicious a little pricey but definitely a good ambience. Don't let that be your last time. Call the owner she will take care of it

Yes, for as long as they are open. They close about 2pm. Please try to get there early because you could have a wait, especially on the weekend. Good food...their shrimp and grits ate VERY good...nice spicy kick.
