The owners work so hard, the food and drinks are way above the norm. This is a dining experience; not just a meal. Do not go if you just want an average meal. This is far from that. Enjoy !

Wonderful! Menu of delights! Warm and friendly service. Be patient your food is cooked fresh. Space is small and yet inviting, because of its design, the sound/volume is a bit high, but not unlike other places these days; just be aware. The owners are intent on your having a good experience. I took the family for spouse's birthday and it was worth it. We will go back!

Excellent food in a cozy atmosphere. Yesterday I went to Nal for the first time. We started with two types of guacamole: traditional and Nal version (which has a little kick to it). Both were delicious. The presentation of the food is wonderful. Following the guacamole, we tried the Tuna Turnovers. They were filled with tuna and shrimp and extremely flavorful. I hear this is the chef's secret family recipe. Next I had the tamale with shrimp. I cannot begin to tell you how my mouth watered when the plate came to the table. I will definitely be back to try this place again. This restaurant is good for small groups or meeting a friend of happy hour at the bar. Interesting to note, they do have a happy hour menu and a flight of margaritas. They also serve specialty wines.

This truly appeared as a small family run restaurant. The drinks were especially nice. The menu was simple but there were nice options all around. The food was good. The seats were all a little different some were definitely more comfortable then others. You were also really close together so if that's not your thing here's your warning. The service was nice but slow and it appeared they may have forgotten our order which delayed it further. Didn't feel like the usual case but thought it with mentioning. Basically, This is not the place to go if you are in a hurry.
