Chain restaurant offering decent Nagasaki-style “champon†(noodle soup) and “sara-udon†(crispy fried noodle). Both dishes comes with a large serving of Japan-grown vegetables with the option to add even more. For those looking for a substantial meal, noodles can also be upsized for free. Gyoza is also quite decent albeit quite small in size.
