Naf Naf Grill

the location of this restaurant is great, and inside is somewhat clean. The staff is trying their best but visibly overwhelmed. And I was not impressed with the middle eastern food here. The food was not ready when we got there, they had to cut the onions, and fry the falafel at the last minute. which made it hot and uncomfortable for eating.

The pita is funky most of the time. No chicken kebab at 1 30 pm this place is falling off. Employees need to get it together. Have some damn pride for god sake !

Excellent food. Recommend sharing because it's a lot of food. Really good.

I go there all the time. Friendly, Fast Staff and the Food us always warm and Ready. Tasty and Healthy.Definitely Recommend.

Got my lunch for to-go and found their a hair. Not hungry anymore thx:)))Upd 10.14.19: last Friday I took the meal back to Naf Naf and got fully refunded. Still not pleasant experience. I’d recommend to make their staff wear hairnets...

Friendly staff, they get through orders pretty quick for lunch rush.

I am a big fan of shawarma, and when I first found Naf Naf, was very happy to try it and they didn't disappoint. I have tried many of their location, for the most part they are similar quality, except the one on Michigan Avenue. Now I ride my bike a bit further to go this location. They know how to cook chicken using the grill. Food was as expected and fully cooked. Thank you

For $3.62 I received a small cup of hummus and 1 pita. For another ~ $3, I could have received a larger cup of hummus... BUT STILL ONLY ONE PITA. This is the epitome of price gouging. The small cup of hummus is arguably more than enough for 2 pitas. But the large has 2-3 servings, yet I’m only offered one funky pita? The manager didn’t seem to understand basic ratio fundamentals and suggested I buy more pitas for $1 each. The price wasn’t the issue, call it principle. I won’t return! Ever.

If able I'd put 4.5 stars. I had the falafel hummus bowl with a drink and chips/fries. Well executed meal that left me refreshed and ready to continue seeing the sites. My only issue were with the fries/chips. They were not as hot as I would have liked.Not part of this review but of note, the fries/chips are potato. I got the impression from the picture that they may be pita chips but they were not.

Being vegetarian we were looking for some Mediterranean options near Adams Street. We found many options near our stay but after reading reviews and Menu options we planned to choose Naf Naf Grill. We made our bowl of Basmati Rice accompanied with falafel kebab, delicious salad, purple cabbage, sided with hummus and accompanied by peta bread. I can say this is the most safe, fulfilling and reasonable (within $10) meal for a vegetarian Indian . And yes everything was fresh and healthy. The billing guy was cool. Did spot Indian families there enjoying their bowl.

Sooooo tasty! First time there and I'll for sure be back when I'm in Chicago. The service was friendly and helpful (I didn't know what I was doing). Price point for what you get, was great.

OK place. Great fries. Just the location is sort of dicey. Decent customer service tho. Felt welcomed.

Need a little work in customer service area. Also sad that there were three on-line lunches to be picked up and I sat across from where customers are too pick up orders. Kept on a wire shelf/rack and random ppl were looking through the bagged orders which were clearly labeled with customers names. A better system is needed. Food was fresh tasting.
