This place has some of the freshest and most flavorful dishes. An excellent choice for healthy lunch or take home dinner!

We use Myrna's Kitchen for our corporate catering needs as well they are our go-to for lunch many week days. We carry out both lunch and dinner. Fresh, tasty, great menu options and centrally located in Stamford!

This place is doubtless one of the best place in the neighborhood. Anytime I come to this place I am truly glad. They maintain their high standard service and the highest level of food they provide. You definitely will enjoy this this restaurant. Highly recommended.

The only problem w myrnar's the food has no salt at all

Best food,super nice people

Ordered some takeout recently to try this place out. The salmon was well cooked, not overdone or underdone with the appropriate spice added.I also had a couple orders of the lamb skewers. The lamb was also well cooked and was quite tasty.They are good options for those interested in eating keto!I was looking for something that was nice, light, and healthy and it checked all the boxes for me. I didn't order the entrees, but ordered from the skewer section of the menu and the price worked for me.
