My Roti Place

Was recommended the butter chicken roti and it was great. A good amount of seating for a small spot. Nice and clean location. Will definitely come back to try more of the menu.

Good service, you might wanna try the poutine, crispiest fries and the greasiest gravy in town!

100% recommend. Everything on the menu is nice. Been back several times. Love the Paneer Korma and Lamb Vindaloo rotis. Limca are super refreshing accompaniments, too. Staff are friendly, too :)

First time I’ve tried My Roti Place and am very impressed. I had a classic mother’s curry lamb Roti and added shrimp. It was fresh and delicious, I’m a curry lover and loved this curry. Their samosas are very good, especially when helped with an Indian soda, either a Thumbs Up cola or a Bottle of Limca. I ended it with some Galub Jamun, a great meal. I’m happy they’re a short walk from my place.

The roti and curry is served in a western way with the curry wrapped inside a roti. The spice level is added per order which is great for those needing more or less heat. Most people seemed to be using this as a takeaway or delivery spot. They use black plastic containers which currently in Toronto cannot be recycled.

We stumbled upon this place on a wet Monday afternoon. We were met by the friendly, patient owner who talked us through the dishes. My husband had the Bro fries and fish curry Roti. I had the honey cauliflower and the tofu Roti with spinach sauce. The food was absolutely delicious and perfectly spiced. We know our curries as we're from London and this was easily the best we've had for a very long time.

The flavour is a lovely spice and herb combination, and I'd gladly eat here again."Serious" was about on par for a "Toronto hot"I usually order a medium at other places, but this was still pleasant and quite flavourful.

Amazing food and staff! They went above and beyond what we asked for and definitely made the visit very welcoming. Had their Butter Chicken special with rice and was superb! On top of that they gave us the Honey Garlic cauliflower that was amazing as well! Thanks again!
