Just dropped in for a cold one and bite to eat. Awesome! A friendly "hi" as soon as we walked in the door! Great burgers and fast service. Ken and Christa are so welcoming. We'll be back!

Some will say that this is the best bar in New York, let alone Penn Yan. You want to mingle with the locals? Check. You want to taste the sweet nectar of western New York, Genesee? Check. Just need to breathe it in, and embrace what is midwest New York? Drink it down, because it always goes down smooth. You really hate to see it, but this may be the best sleeper bar in New York. 10/10

My boyfriend and I frequent multiple bars while we travel and we have never felt as unwelcome as we did at this establishment. Food was okay. Two bartenders were nice to us, although, My boyfriend ordered the special, and received a burger (wrong item) instead. The owner along with every other person inside could not help but stare as if we did not belong. We were in the room with the pool table completely by ourselves, paid for five games of pool and left after the second game. We certainly wanted to stay and drink as it is Friday night, but we thought we would go give our money to a friendly staff.
