I visited on a rainy weekday for its normal exhibition. It was quite empty and half of it was under maintenance. The works were quite organized though, and there is a small library inside.

A bit far from the station. But the museum has a good art gallery.

A must visit for contemporary art lovers.

Went there to see the Dumb Type anniversary exhibit. My first time there and it was nice. If you love the arts and have a specific artist you want to see I would suggest giving it look.

Quiet location in Kiba Park. The large exhibition space is a masterpiece. Despite being an art museum in Tokyo, the lineup of the collection is incomparable. The library is also substantial. Restaurants, cafes and shops have been renewed in a modern way, so that park users can easily drop in. It takes about 15 minutes on foot from Kiba Station.

There's very little English explanation here. Almost everything is in Japanese. Might want to give this a miss unless you just want to look and not read.

In mid-February, we went to see the Minaperhonen exhibition, which is almost over. The newly renovated museum has a very pleasant atmosphere, and you can spend a relaxing time at Kiba Park after seeing the exhibits. The museum's parking lot is 300 yen per hour, so if you have a child's home or the weather isn't good, you don't have to bother to find a coin parking nearby. I also think that it is not so high compared to the price of the nearby coin parking. There are 90 parking spaces.
