Mucho Burrito

Burrito bowl was ok but way too expensive. A bottle of water and bowl with meat cost $16 and that doesn’t even include guac! I didn’t want to pay once I saw the bill but she had already made it. Burrito Boys is much cheaper, gives you more toppings and meat for your money. Felt like I was eating rice and beans with some veggie and hardly any meat. Definitely will not be back. In response to the reply:You haven’t reached out to me or attempted to contact me on how you are going to do better next time. It’s one thing to admit something is wrong but something needs to be done.

I have been eating here regularly. The food is always great here. Customer Service is going down tho. I was there with another person for lunch. One girl employee was serving a customer while we were waiting. There’s a line up now, its busy we get it. The other girl employee came out and just stood by the cash register waiting for her to complete the Burrito and the entire order! We waited the whole time but the other employee just stood at the cash register didn’t smile or say hi or anything! She could have made our order so we could have had food but she decided to just stand and WAIT until the other employee finishes. Unacceptable totally rude!!!!!I would really ask the owner to look into this. I may come back coz I like the food but this time the service was awful.
