Ms. Jean's Southern Cuisine

My experience is souly based on professionalism. I drove to location as I saw online they were open. I take part blame for not calling first. First entrance is a disaster. Once we finally parked the entrance was closed but door to kitchen is open so I walk in. Someone sees me & asks who are you? I say I'm trying to order & she says oh we're closed. I reply online it says your open. To which she replies yeah I know but we're closed today. Could have said something on voicemail at least but nothing. I called once I couldn't open door in the beginning but lady couldn't hear me so she hung up.
