Cons:Not open until 10:30am close at 9:00pm.Always just one employee there. PROS:GREAT food.GREAT service for a one man army.Order ahead drive through.

This location has a drive through and they always have fast service. I don’t go to any other location. The food is always well made.

Really good fresh food. Always have been a fan of Mr. Hero. Always cleanly and friendly courteous employees.

Our favorite place for an amazing and unique dinner whenever we visit Ann Arbor! Highly recommend cooking your steak.

Not bad clean and also for a Mr hero's you can seat in.

Don't get the Pepsi. Its warm and watered down. Its average food at best. They didn't toast the bread enough. And most seemed undercooked.

To expensive for 10 inch sandwich small drink cheese and waffle fries 12.60 and .85 cent for cheese. Close to 15.00. The food was fair.

Food was good, but the guy at the counter was rude. And tried to false advertise the 4 dollar meal when the sign clearly says it

The employees are simply amazing- they go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. I would definitely recommend this location to everyone looking for great quality food delivered exceptionally well.

This Mr Heroes location was horrible ! DIRTY. Staff looked dirty and rude on top of that . He didn’t wash his hands . I walked out. I’m glad I did or I probably would have gotten sick ! This place should be closed down . Where’s the health department ???

Always try to hit up Mr Hero when I get to go back up where I grew up. The food is always so delicious but pretty pricey. You can get a combo but they add all as extras. There is a slight discount for doing so but can still cost about $30 for 2 to eat
