Mr. Gyros Florida

Mr. GyrosI stopped by the Stuart Mr. Gyros today and I was quite surprised by the meal. I've posted a photo of my Chicken Gyros with a side salad. It was quite a value an every bit as tasty and fresh as it looks. As for the side salad, the romaine lettuce was crispy and fresh, the tomato was red and ripe, the Feta too was quite good. The herbs in the Greek dressing really made the salad and I'd consider coming back for the full size salad as a meal. The chicken gyros was as good as I've ever had. The chicken was grilled with light seasoning and was spilling out of the wrap. The usual Greek fillings accompanied the chicken such as Greek sauce, lettuce, and tomato. A thick warm pita wrapped the sandwich and it really held up to the job of containing the overstuffed contents. About the only thing I did not enjoy was the pop dance music that was playing a bit too loud in the restaurant. The music was really out of place for the atmosphere.

Well portioned, tasty gyros at a fair price. I can't talk to the authenticity in comparison to traditional Greek food, but the pita, tzatziki sauce, and gyro meat are better than the average in Florida. Good custom spicy sauce too.

I’ve eaten here a few times and the experience is always pleasant. The food is very tasty with healthy portions. Not the friendliest staff.
