You're better off getting something to eat before you go. The food is a bit over priced The arcade is small but okay. Customer service sucks.

It’s okay for price and pizza. If pizza Inn and Cicis get an arcade this place may be in trouble….sending empathy and compassion to manager he was doing the best he could.

We booked the Tenesee room for my nephews birthday and really enjoyed reading expereince!! The service was great, the employees are very accommodating. A few of our group including myself have some dietary restrictions and they fired 2 specialty pizzas and made a fresh order of bread sticks for us. The room was the perfect size for our needs. The game selection had options for all ages and preference. The get were fair and winnable, I even won a 1000 ticket jackpot. Bumper cars were great fun too. I would recommend this place for a lay child's birthday party. One star lost as the salad bar wasn't very fresh, and the mac and cheese could use some work. Minor issues, admittedly, but worth noting for those looking for vegetarian or vegan options.

The food was cold the salad was cut Up to choppy and it was mostly the core. Kind of on the process side for code pizza and when I asked for some more hot he said that he had just got there that there was nobody else there to help out and that's why it was cold. So that proves my point that it was code. The only way I would go back , Unless you wanted to give me a free meal. And then I would have to consider it.

We love Gatti's pizza we just wish they offered a gluten-free pizza

We had a blast but the food could definitely have been better. No choices and it just didn't taste right. Not the norm when I come here. We got a great deal on coins and really enjoyed spending time together most of all!

They were very clean, and very friendly, helpful, after each customers left, the girls, guys sanitized booths, chairs, baby chairs, floor was crumbless. Each item was served to each customer, foods were all covered by plexiglass, a plus. Very Satisfied. Thank you so much Mr Gatti's of Halls!

Came only for pizza, can't comment on the games or atmosphere- but the pizza was the worst I've ever had. Thought we'd try the takeout because it's close to home, but I'd gladly eat little Caesars or frozen pizza over this. Will not be back.

The food is always amazing and today they were giving $5 game cards to the first 50 customers. So my entire family got to play several games for free. Thank you Gatti's.

We've visited this location 2-3 times. The first time or two we thought the pizza was absolutely horrible, but the last time we went the pizza was decent. It wasn't great but it was okay. They did offer to make any kind of pizza you want, which is nice. The game room is a lot of fun for the kids, especially the bumper cars which are unique for game places in the area. I did feel that the games and bumper cars are overpriced - you definitely don't get a lot for your buck.

This was in my opinion, the worst place I have ever eaten. The food was so so. It was late when we arrived, after we paid we got one plate and then took down the buffet. We should have been told upon entering we only had ten minutes left. They were more than happy to charge full price and then not let you eat. The staff was kind of rude also. I will not be back. The place was a mess and the tables were dirty. I say eat there if you want. Just don't get your hopes up for a great experience.

The Best Pizza I have Ever Ate. Fresh and Hot ! The Employees are Friendly and Helpful. If you have an Handicappe, this is the Place to Come. They will bring your Pizza to the table.
